About us

Our company GASTROFRESH s.r.o., which was established as a result of the development of the original company Ludvík Kacer, deals with the distribution of fresh fruits and vegetables, exotic fruits, forest fruits, herbs, peeled products, salads and fresh mushrooms on the Czech market.

The company started operations in 1993 by selling fruit and vegetables at stalls and delivering goods to catering establishments. Gradually, the company began to develop thanks to its long-standing, as well as new customers from restaurants, hotels, schools, nurseries, catering companies and many other gastronomic establishments with different orientations. Our customers also include wholesale companies.

We import goods directly from large growers in Holland and Germany. Also from suppliers from Spain, Greece and Italy. We bring exotic goods from overseas from suppliers in Holland. The main part of our seasonal goods comes from Czech farmers, mainly from Polabí. Deliveries of fresh goods arrive almost every day.

We ensure the distribution of the entire assortment with our own vans with or without cooling, depending on the outside temperature and the type of assortment. In Prague, we deliver goods twice a day. We also supply Hradec Králové, Pardubice, Kolín, Nymburk, Mladou Boleslav, Brno, Olomouc, Ostrava a Bratislava.

We have a HACCP system in place for storage, handling and delivery of goods.
